At Furnilife, we aim to keep our billing process transparent, fair, and convenient. By placing an order on https://furnilife.in, you agree to the following billing terms:
π³ Payment Structure
We follow a split-payment model for most furniture orders:
- 50% Advance Payment (mandatory to confirm your order)
- 50% Remaining Balance payable at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery or UPI/Card)
This model helps us begin production or dispatch while also giving customers the flexibility of paying part amount on delivery.
β Accepted Payment Methods
You can make payments using any of the following:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, etc.)
- Online Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers / NEFT / IMPS
- COD (Only for balance 50% at delivery, in select locations)
β οΈ Full COD (100%) is not allowed due to the custom nature and high value of our furniture items.

You will receive a soft copy via email and/or WhatsApp, and a printed copy with the delivery (if requested).
π¦ Order Confirmation
- Your order will be confirmed only after the 50% advance payment is received.
- For online orders, payment confirmation is automatic.
- For offline/custom orders, confirmation will be done via email/phone after manual payment verification.
π Changes & Modifications
- Once the invoice is generated and production/shipping begins, billing details cannot be changed.
- Any modifications (product change, address update, GST change) should be requested within 24 hours of payment.
π Late or Failed Payments
- If COD payment fails at the time of delivery, the product will not be handed over until full payment is completed.
- For cheque payments, product is delivered only after cheque clearance.
- Non-payment may lead to cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the advance amount.
β GST & Taxation
- All prices on the website are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
- If you require a GST input credit, please provide a valid GSTIN at the time of billing.
