However, since we deal in large and custom furniture items, returns are handled with specific terms and conditions.


πŸ” Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or offer replacements only under the following conditions:

βœ… Eligible Cases for Return:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Product is missing parts or accessories that were promised at the time of order.
  • Product is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong color, size, or model).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases for Return:

  • Minor scratches, dents, or marks caused during transit that do not affect product usage.
  • Color variation due to lighting, screen resolution, or wood/fabric texture.
  • Customer change of mind or incorrect size selected by the buyer.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or tampered with after delivery.

Note: All returns are at the sole discretion of Furnilife after a proper inspection of shared evidence.

  1. Raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@furnilife.in or calling +91 99895 40243.

  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or issue.

  3. Our team will review the case and get back within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement of the affected part/product

    • A repair, if feasible

    • A refund, only if a replacement is not possible


πŸ’Έ Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only if a return is accepted and the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer, within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

  • In case of approved return, our team will coordinate reverse pickup.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
