At Furnilife, we take utmost care to ensure your furniture is delivered in excellent condition, safely and on time. As we deal in heavy, bulky, and delicate furniture items, our shipping and delivery process is specially designed to provide a smooth and transparent experience.
π Shipping Method & Partners
We ship all orders using reliable surface transport partners such as Blue Dart, VRL, GATI, or other trusted logistics providers depending on your delivery location and product size.
Due to the nature of furniture, air shipping is not available β delivery is strictly via ground transportation.

π³ Payment Options
We support both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) with flexible options:
- 50% Advance Payment: Required at the time of order confirmation.
- 50% Payment on Delivery: Remaining amount to be paid in cash or via UPI at the time of delivery.
You can make the advance payment securely through:
- PhonePe
- Razorpay
- Cashfree
- Bank Transfer / UPI
Note: Orders are processed only after receipt of the 50% advance. COD without advance is not available due to the high value and custom nature of our products.
π¦ Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are based on product weight, volume, destination location, and transport service.
- Final shipping costs will be visible at checkout or communicated during offline quotation.
- Free delivery may be offered on select products or for bulk orders (conditions apply).
πͺ Delivery Format
- Furniture is delivered in pre-assembled or semi-assembled condition along with necessary tools and instructions.
- Ground floor delivery is standard unless lift access is available.
- Additional floor delivery (stairs) or onsite assembly service may be chargeable and available only in select locations.

β Delivery Guidelines
- Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.
- Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the product.
- Missed deliveries may result in re-delivery delays or additional charges.
π¦ Product Inspection on Delivery
We recommend you to:
- Check the outer packaging and product condition carefully at the time of delivery.
- Take photos/videos if you notice any damage, defect, or tampering.
- Report any issues to us at support@furnilife.in within 24β48 hours with photos/videos attached.
π Returns & Damages
- Returns are accepted only in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
- Return or replacement must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
- Minor transportation marks, texture variation, or shade difference are not considered defects.
