Welcome to Furnilife.in. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or placing an order on https://furnilife.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are using the site for lawful purposes only.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display products, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible.
Slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to screen settings, natural wood or fabric differences, and lighting conditions.
All product images are for reference only; actual product appearance may differ slightly.

3. Orders & Payments

✅ Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of 50% advance payment.
The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery (COD available in select locations).

💳 Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via PhonePe, Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, and bank transfer.
Full COD orders are not accepted due to the high value and customized nature of furniture.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided production or dispatch hasn’t started.
Cancellations after production begins may attract processing or material charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver using reliable logistics partners such as Blue Dart, VRL, GATI, etc.
Furniture is shipped via ground transportation only.
Estimated delivery timelines are 5–15 working days depending on location and product type.
Ground floor delivery is standard; upper floor delivery (without lift) or assembly may incur extra charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, not for buyer’s remorse or size mismatch.
You must report damage with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Warranties & Claims

Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.
Physical damages caused by mishandling, improper assembly, or water/fire exposure are not covered.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our site, you agree:

To provide accurate and up-to-date information
Not to misuse the site, engage in fraud, or interfere with our operations
Not to upload or share harmful, false, or illegal content

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, logos, product names, and written content—is the intellectual property of Furnilife. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Furnilife shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by shipping partners or force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.)
Losses due to user negligence or improper product handling
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
